1 – Getting the basics
Mike dove at terminal speed towards Deponia, paying close attention to its landscape. "I can't help but wonder that my own World might end up like this in a few Millennia due to pollution." he muttered to himself, before hearing a bipping sound from his left wrist. “Time to slow down.”
A silver watch around the size of his left wrist suddenly materialized, beeping nonstop. Mike reached it with his right hand and pressed the dial of the watch, stopping the alarm. “Alright, now-” the dial suddenly showed an error sign. “Huh?”
That was all he said before disappearing in a flash.
Prologue
Floating high in the sky, the Utopia city Elysium, stood over the junk planet Deponia, where its inhabitants lived before. The previous plan of blowing up the planet in order to send the city towards space in search of a new beginning had been abandoned, due to the discovery of the planet still being populated, and its inhabitants live a normal life in it. And because of recent events, all of the connections between the planet and the Utopia had been severed, making contact impossible.
